Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persistent allergic rhinitis symptoms occurring more than 4 days per week 2. Symptom duration of 4 or more consecutive weeks 3. Total rhinitis symptom score of 7 or higher 4. Nonsmoking status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing medical conditions Presence of respiratory, cardiovascular, or musculoskeletal disorders 2. Recent or current medication use Regular use of supplements or recent intake of antihistamines, corticosteroids, and leukotriene antagonists 3. Acute illness or physical limitation Any sudden illness preventing exercise performance 4. Inability to complete the protocol Withdrawal of participant consent during the study period

Clinical Symptoms Baseline and Week 8 (End of intervention) the Rhinitis Symptom Score (RSS), which evaluates congestion, rhinorrhea, sneezing, and nasal itching on a standardized numerical scale on a 4 point scale

Peak Nasal Inspiratory Flow (PNIF) Baseline and Week 8. Measured in Liters per minute (L/min) using the In-Check Nasal Inspiratory Flow Meter. The highest value from three maximal nasal inspirations after full expiration is recorded.,Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide (FeNO) Baseline and Week 8. Measured in parts per billion (ppb) using a calibrated portable analyzer following ATS guidelines. Participants perform a constant-flow exhalation after full inhalation.,Pulmonary Function (FVC and FEV1) Baseline and Week 8. Measurement of Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) and Forced Expiratory Volume in one second (FEV1) in Liters, using a computerized spirometer. The best values from three acceptable maneuvers are used.,Resting Vital Signs and Estimated VO2max Baseline and Week 8. Resting heart rate (bpm) and blood pressure (mmHg) measured after 10-minute rest. Exercise tolerance and estimated VO2max (ml/kg/min)are assessed using the YMCA 3-minute step test
