Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Nursing Faculty members 1. They must be faculty members within the Department of Maternal and Child Nursing and Midwifery at the Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute. 2. They must have prior experience supervising students in the labor ward. For Nursing Students 1. They must be senior nursing students at the Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing. 2. They must have passed both Maternal and Child Nursing and Midwifery Practicum 1 and 2 courses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any participant (faculty or student) who is unable to participate in every stage of the research program will be excluded from the study.
