Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum mothers aged 18 years or older with a singleton pregnancy 2. Delivered via Cesarean section within the past 24 hours 3. Full-term delivery (gestational age between 37 and 41+6 weeks) with a healthy infant showing no physical abnormalities 4. Proficient in Thai, including the ability to communicate, read, and write

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of mastitis, breast abscess, breast lumps, or breast cancer 2. History of breast augmentation or breast surgery 3. Current or prior use of other galactagogue supplements (supplements used to stimulate breast milk production) 4. Current use of medications affecting milk production, such as Domperidone, Metoclopramide, or an antidepressant drug 5. Maternal illness preventing breastfeeding, or cases where the mother and infant are separated postpartum (e.g., infants with neonatal tachypnea or suspected neonatal sepsis) 6. History of allergy or hypersensitivity to corn milk or ginger 7. Presence of contraindications to breastfeeding, such as active tuberculosis (treated for less than 6 months) or HIV infection.
