Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older adults age over 60 years receiving healthcare services at one of the SHPH 2. have experienced the COVID-19 pandemic 3. able to communicate in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. having problems with hearing or vision 2. having severe mental health problems or severe physical illnesses.
