Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more or equal to 20 years 2. Diagnosis of ASD secondum and underwent ASD closure (transcatheter or surgical) 3. Follow-up at least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Underwent valve surgery other than tricuspid valve surgery 2. Additional congenital heart defects requiring intervention 3. Severe pulmonary hypertension (PA pressure > 2/3 systemic) 4. Prior history of right heart failure or chronic RV dysfunction
