Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary school student aged 7 - 12 years 2. Be able to understand and follow instructions 3. No pain or open wound on the lower limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a current underlying disease 2. Having a history of neurological, developmental, or psychiatric disorders 3. Having a history of any pulmonary or heart condition, chest pain, or dizziness with exercise, uncontrolled asthma, uncontrolled diabetes, or other serious illnesses 4. Having a history of surgery
