Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with major depressive disorder 2. Individuals aged 18-60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder 2. Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia 3. Pregnant patient 4. Patients with a history of drug allergies or substances related to Centella asiatica extract 5. Unwilling to provide information 6. Unavailable during data collection 7. Declined to participate
