Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 years or older. 2. Good level of consciousness (Glasgow Coma Score E4VTM6). 3. Able to communicate in Thai, confirmed by questioning relatives. 4. Patient consents to participate by signature, verbally, or by nodding 5. patient admit from hyperglycemia in inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inconvenient to provide information as specified in the research plan for various reasons. 2. Female patients admitted to the Female Surgery Ward who are not diabetic.
