Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medication History: Older adults who have been taking medication within the past 6 months. 2. Physical Mobility: Must have normal physical mobility and be able to move independently. 3. Participation: Must be able to participate consistently in the activities of the Elderly Club. 4. Literacy: Must be able to read and write in the Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High-Risk Health Conditions: Older adults with underlying diseases that may pose a danger during participation, including: o Uncontrolled hypertension (Blood pressure higher than 140/90 mmHg). o Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (Unable to manage blood sugar levels). o Physical impairments such as limb weakness or poor balance/stability. 2. Incomplete Attendance: Individuals unable to attend all 6 sessions of the Rational Drug Use Promotion Program. 3. Voluntary Withdrawal: Those who do not wish to volunteer or participate in the project.
