Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cluster Level: 1. Tertiary government hospitals with a dedicated paediatric service. 2. Outpatient clinics are available for parents follow-up ADHD consultations. Individual Level: 1. Parent aged 18 years and above. 2. Child aged 4 to 12 years with a clinician confirmed ADHD diagnosis for at least 6 months. 3. Parent is the primary caregiver and resides with the child. 4. Able to read and understand Malay or English. 5. Reports moderate to high parenting stress based on Parenting Stress Index Short Form screening classification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cluster Level: 1. Hospitals currently involved in other ADHD-related interventional research. Individual Level: 1. Parents currently receiving or previously received structured health education programmes or enrolled in another parenting or psychological training programme. 2. Parents with severe psychiatric illness, such as psychosis or severe depression that may impair participation. 3. Parents of children with severe comorbid genetic or chronic conditions such as Down Syndrome, cancer or thalassaemia.
