20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patients aged over 20 years 2. suspected of having AI and had serum morning cortisol levels between 3 and 14.6 microg/dL.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent systemic glucocorticoid use within 24 hours 2. acute illness or stress 3. pregnancy 4. allergy to ACTH
