Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Service Recipients: 1.Patients registered at the Outpatient Department, Phrapokklao Hospital. 2.Thai nationality with complete identification data. 3.Presenting a Thai National ID card for registration at a Kiosk or triage station. 4.Consenting to the use of data for anonymized statistical analysis. Triage Nurses: 1.Registered Nurses working at the outpatient triage station. 2.Experience with the conventional triage method (paper-based or previous system). 3.Experience using the PPK Pre-Service Queue Management and Health Screening System for at least 1 month. 4.Voluntary consent to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Service Recipients: 1.Patients using old version ID cards or cards unreadable by the Kiosk. 2.Patients with changed phone numbers or data mismatching the hospital database. 3.Emergency or urgent patients unable to undergo the standard screening process. Triage Nurses: 1.Nurses who resign, take long-term leave, or transfer units during data collection. 2.Nurses unable to provide data or submitting incomplete questionnaires.
