Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Participants will be recruited using purposive sampling, and interviews will be conducted until data saturation is reached. Eligible participants must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Be a professional nurse currently working in the Outpatient Nursing Department, Phrapokklao Hospital, Chanthaburi Province. 2. Have at least two (2) years of experience in their current position. 3. Have no plan for transfer, resignation, or retirement during the study period. 4. Be able to communicate effectively in Thai. 5. Provide voluntary informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1. Are not professional nurses working in the Outpatient Nursing Department, Phrapokklao Hospital, Chanthaburi Province. 2. Have less than two (2) years of working experience in the Outpatient Nursing Department. 3. Are on study leave, maternity leave, long-term sick leave, or are not actively performing their duties during the data collection period. 4. Have plans for transfer, resignation, or retirement during the study period, which may affect the continuity of data provision. 5. Are unwilling to participate or withdraw from the study at any stage of the data collection process.
