Conditions

Breast Cancer specifically Stage IIb and Stage IIIa Breast neoplasms Neoadjuvant therapy Biopsy, Fine-Needle Sensitivity and specificity Developing countries

Interventions

Patients received NAC.Post NAC, USG FNAC of axillary nodes was performed, with ALND as the reference standard to evaluate FNAC accuracy and reduce unnecessary surgery.
Experimental Procedure/Surgery
Ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration cytology (USG FNAC) of axillary lymph nodes performed post neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC).
