This study focuses on reduced psychological flexibility and a lack of purpose in life among youths in Eastern Thailand. Therefore, this study emphasizes mental health promotion and prevention by enhancing psychological flexibility and purpose in life through an integrated therapeutic intervention. Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Youths aged 18 to 25 years. 2. Male or female. 3. A psychological flexibility score of 53 or below, as assessed by the Flexibility Scale for Adolescents. 4. A purpose in life score of 99 or below, as assessed by the Purpose in Life Part A developed by Aranya Tuikampee in 2001. 5. Ability to communicate in Thai and to read and write Thai. 6. Willingness to participate voluntarily in the study and to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of substance use or substance dependence, as determined by a medical or psychiatric diagnosis and/or information obtained from student medical or health records. 2. Individuals with a pre-existing psychiatric disorder, as determined by a medical or psychiatric diagnosis and/or information obtained from student medical or health records.
