18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants aged between 18 and 60 years. 2.Patients diagnosed by a physician with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) classified as low risk, defined as having no history of loss of consciousness, no vomiting, and a normal level of consciousness, with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 15. 3.Ability to communicate and read Thai fluently, with no visual or hearing impairments. 4.Ownership of a smartphone with internet access and the ability to use the LINE application. 5.Willingness to participate voluntarily in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of chronic headache
