Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 80 years and older 2. Patients who underwent hip fracture surgery under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. incomplete medical records 2. failed or inadequate spinal anesthesia 3. required deep sedation 4. pre-existing hypotension 5. received vasoactive agents prior to induction of anesthesia.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
post-spinal hypotension within one hour after spinal anesthesia by noninvasive blood pressure monitoring

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Use of vasopressor agents after spinal anesthesia within one hour after spinal anesthesia Administration of any vasopressor agent after spinal anesthesia, documented in the anesthesia record and recorded as yes or no.
