Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants eligible for inclusion in this study must meet all of the following criteria 1.Patients diagnosed with a fracture of the femur or tibia resulting from trauma, characterized as extra-articular fractures, with no associated injuries or fractures at other anatomical sites. 2.Aged 18 years or older, including both male and female patients. 3.Able to listen, speak, read, and write in the Thai language. 4.Own a smartphone and are able to use the LINE application. 5.Willing to participate in this research study and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from this study if they meet any of the following criteria 1.Patients with lower extremity fractures requiring amputation. 2.Patients with pathological fractures secondary to bone tumors. 3.Patients with fractures resulting from bone infection 4.Patients with cognitive impairment or impaired level of consciousness that may interfere with their ability to participate in the study or provide reliable information.
