Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton 2.correct gestational age 3.maternal age more than 18 years 4. undergo 75g oral glucose tolerance test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregestational DM, FBS > 126 or HbA1C > 6.5% 2. abnormal placenta and umbilical cord 3.maternal medical disease 4. abnormal fetal anatomy
