Interventions

Robotic gait training is administered by physical therapists who have received specialized training in robotic gait training. The training protocol consists of 10 sessions, each lasting between 10 and
s capacity.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, or incomplete spinal cord injury (AIS C or D) who have undergone gait rehabilitation using the SensibleSTEP robotic walking device. 2. Patients who are able to sit and support themselves with their hands on the bedside. 3. Patients who have completed the full SensibleSTEP rehabilitation program at least 6 months prior to the study, with training completed before March 1, 2025. 4. Patients who understand and can communicate in Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records, particularly those lacking Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) data at the time of discharge from the rehabilitation program or missing follow-up assessments. 2. Patients who discontinued the SensibleSTEP robotic-assisted gait training program prior to completion of the prescribed course due to physical limitations. Patients who are unreachable or unavailable for long-term follow-up assessments of ambulatory function. 3. Patients who refuse to provide informed consent for participation in the study.
