Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female participants who meet the following criteria: 1. Aged 60 years 2. No history of medical conditions that would impair physical performance testing, such as musculoskeletal problems that interfere with activity 3. No abnormal symptoms prior to physical performance testing, such as acute chest pain or tightness, dizziness, palpitations, diplopia (double vision) 4. Not currently experiencing infectious disease symptoms, such as COVID-19, influenza, or other infectious diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Development of adverse events during study participation such as chest pain or tightness, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, leg pain or cramps, diplopia
