Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized inpatients with laboratory-confirmed bloodstream fungal infection who were admitted to and treated at Nakhon Phanom Hospital. 2. Age > 15 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with cryptococcosis based on a positive serum cryptococcal antigen test. 2. Patients without clinical features consistent with sepsis or septic shock (e.g., colonization or contamination). 3. Patients with clinical features consistent with sepsis or septic shock attributable to other causes, such as bacterial or viral infections. 4. Patients with incomplete or unavailable medical record data.
