Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants will be males and females aged 18 to 65 years who are at risk of high blood pressure. A person will be considered at risk if they have at least one of the following conditions: Age 60 years or older Body mass index of 23 kg per square meter or higher Prehypertension, defined as systolic blood pressure between 120 and 139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure between 80 and 89 mmHg A family history of high blood pressure in first degree relatives, including father, mother, grandfather, or grandmother Participants must also meet all of the following requirements: Have at least a secondary school education or basic skills to use a chatbot application Own a smartphone with the Line application and chatbot access Be able to read and write Thai Be oriented to time and place Have no hearing or visual impairment Have no signs of depression based on the two question screening tool and no cognitive impairment based on the Thai Mental State Examination score of at least 23 points Be willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they meet any of the following conditions: Individuals who are at high risk for moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea based on the STOP BANG screening questionnaire. Those with a score of five points or higher will be excluded. Individuals with a history of acute high blood pressure within the past three months. Individuals who have used nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs within the past three months. Individuals with health conditions that limit participation in the intervention or exercise activities, such as heart disease, asthma, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Individuals with serious symptoms that interfere with participation, such as joint arthritis, severe pain with a pain score of five or more out of ten, or high fever above thirty eight point five degrees Celsius. Individuals who are unable to participate in all study activities for the full twelve week study period.
