Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai patients aged 18 to 55 with Fitzpatrick skin types III to V with atrophic acne scars on both cheeks. 2.Mild to moderate atrophic acne scar (A Qualitative Global Scarring Grading System) 3. Patients signed an informed consent form for participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation 2. Photosensitivity 3. History of hypertrophic or keloid formation 4. Immunocompromise 5. History of deep chemical peeling or laser resurfacing, botulinum toxin or filler injection in the 6. previous 6 months 7. Use of isotretinoin within 6 months 8. Allergy to anesthesia. 9. Active inflammatory skin disease at face including eczema psoriasis SLE 10. Moderate and severe acne vulgaris
