Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.College students aged 18-30; 2.Healthy, no exercise contraindications; 3.No relevant allergies, intact skin at application site; 4.No antioxidants in 1 month, no strenuous exercise in 48h; 5.Cooperate with the study, sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not college students or aged outside 18-30; 2.Exercise contraindications/diseases; 3.Relevant allergies or damaged application site skin; 4.Antioxidants in 1 month or strenuous exercise in 48h; 5.Refuse cooperation/informed consent.
