Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 60 2.Confirm diagnosis OA knee with chronic knee pain 3.KL 3-4 4.Patient willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous knee surgery 2.Acute knee pain 3.Connective tissue disease affect knee joint 4.Suspected infection around knee 5.Previous peri-articular injection < 3 months 6.Drug allergy to local anesthetic or steroid 7.History of previous paresthesia and muscle weakness from other causes ex. Stroke ,spinal stenosis
