Interventions

The slow jogging group will engage in 50-minute sessions three times per week for 8-week,Control group carried out their usual activities

Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60-85 years old 2. Able to follow instructions 3. Able to communicate in Chinese or Taiwanese 4. Able to walk independently without assistive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hip or knee pain or dysfunction in the past three months 2. Traumatic fracture or surgery in the past year 3. Medical conditions that impede exercise: severe cardiovascular disease, severe musculoskeletal disease
