Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with endometrial cancer. 2.Patients who underwent primary surgical treatment at Phrapokklao Hospital. 3.Patients treated between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2019. 4.Patients with available medical records containing essential clinical, pathological, treatment, and follow-up information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete or missing medical records that are insufficient for analysis. 2.Patients with inadequate follow-up data, defined as less than 12 months of follow-up after completion of primary treatment and without documented survival status or recurrence information. 3.Patients who were lost to follow-up and could not be appropriately censored for survival analysis.
