Participants assigned to the intervention group will perform a structured myofunctional therapy program consisting of oropharyngeal and breathing exercises. The program will be conducted 5 days per we

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18 to 65 years 2. Diagnosed with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (Apnea Hypopnea Index more than 15 events/hour) 3. Not currently using continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy or discontinued CPAP for at least 2 weeks 4. Body mass index less than 29.9 5. Able to understand and perform exercise instructions 6. Willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled cardiovascular, metabolic, or pulmonary diseases 2. Other sleep-related disorders 3. History of surgical treatment for obstructive sleep apnea 4. Ankyloglossia or severe tonsillar hypertrophy 5. Cognitive disorders preventing adherence to exercise instructions 6. Participation in less than 80% of prescribed intervention sessions 7. Voluntary withdrawal from the study
