18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Presence of at least one dental implant with a fixed prosthetic restoration in function for at least 1 year 2-No systemic diseases or conditions affecting periodontal or peri-implant tissues (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease) and no relevant medication use 3-No periodontal treatment received in the past 6 months 4-Age between 18 and 65 years 5-Non-smoker 6-Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Presence of systemic diseases or conditions 2-Use of antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs within the past 3 months 3-Use of medications affecting gingival health (e.g., phenytoin, calcium channel blockers, cyclosporine, anticoagulants) 4-Pregnancy or breastfeeding 5-Presence of periodontitis 6-Smoking or tobacco use 7-Malpositioned implants 8-Implants with excessive prosthetic contour preventing peri-implant pocket measurement 9-Individuals with full-mouth implants or overdenture implants
