Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult smokers aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant or breastfeeding, had severe psychiatric conditions requiring hospitalization, used smoking cessation medications within 30 days, had chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or other respiratory conditions affecting CO measurements, or were participating in other cessation programs.
