Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Myasthenic Gravis patients who had 1 unilateral or bilateral ptosis not attributable to eyelid pathology and demonstrating fatigability 2 diplopia due to extraocular muscle weakness not explained by isolated cranial nerve palsy 3 weakness of orbicularis oculi without neck muscle involvement 4 documented fatigability on sustained upward or lateral gaze for 30 to 60 seconds 5 a clinical diagnosis of ocular MG with initiation of standard therapy including pyridostigmine and prednisolone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. incomplete clinical data 2. lost to follow-up 3. received prednisolone for conditions unrelated to MG.
