Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Healthcare worker who has no underlying disease 2. Has a history of direct contact with the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The cases with clues that are compatible with active pulmonary TB, e.g.: i. Symptoms suggestive of pulmonary TB (hemoptysis, chronic cough for more than 2 weeks, fever, and weight loss) ii. Sputum AFB or culture positive at least once iii. Chest radiograph is compatible with pulmonary TB 2. Case which was previously diagnosed and treated as pulmonary TB 3. Immunocompromised status, for example, during chemotherapy, immunosuppressive agent, underlying disease of immunodeficiency, or malignancy.
