Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: From 18 years 2. ASA physical status I, II 3. Scheduled for below-knee orthopedic surgery under spinal anesthesia 4. Provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anesthetics or study drugs 2. Contraindications to peripheral nerve block (infection, coagulopathy, neurologic disorders, etc.) 3. Psychiatric disorders or substance abuse history 4. Failed spinal anesthesia or intraoperative complications requiring exclusion
