Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients planned for elective thoracotomy 2.Age between 30 to 70 years 3.Both genders 4.ASA grade less than or equal to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal to participate 2.Known allergy or contraindication to the respective drugs 3.Pregnant women 4.BMI greater than 35 5.History of previous upper thoracic surgeries 6.Emergency surgery cases 7.Hemodynamic instability
