Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria was1, Participant aged range 18 to 25 years. 2, Participants who use a smartphone or tablet at least 2 days per week for at least 2 hours per day. 3, Participants with no acute or chronic musculoskeletal disorders.4, Participants reporting no discomfort in the neck and shoulder region (discomfort score = 0). 5, Participants with a normal BMI (18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2) and normal or corrected to normal vision (using eyeglasses or contact lenses).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were 1, Participants who have taken analgesic or muscle relaxant medications within 24 hours prior to the study. 2, Participants who have experienced neck or shoulder pain within the past week that required treatment by a medical doctor or physical therapist. 3, Participants who have any neurological disorders (e.g., stroke). 4, Participants who have a history of orthopedic surgery involving the spine, hip, shoulder, or arm. 5, Participants who present with spinal scoliosis or forward head posture with rounded shoulders.
