18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with Parkinson s disease or their caregivers aged between 18 and 75 years Thai nationality 2 Good proficiency in the Thai language with the ability to communicate in Thai in both reading and writing 3 Patients diagnosed with Parkinsons disease according to the UKPDSBB diagnostic criteria 4.Patients or caregivers who voluntarily provide informed consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients or caregivers with cognitive impairment dementia confusion or intoxication from medications or substances indicated by a cognitive assessment score of less than 24 A cognitive evaluation will be conducted before participation in the workshop If the patient has not previously undergone the assessment it will be performed only after informed consent has been obtained 2 Patients or caregivers with severe permanent disability who are unable to perform self care 3 Patients with Parkinsons disease who have a history of food allergies 4 Patients or caregivers who do not consent to participate in the study Informed Consent Process
