18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years or older. 2.Sustained cervical spine trauma directly resulting from a fall from a durian tree. 3.Admitted for treatment within 72 hours following the injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of previous cervical spine injury. 2.Patients with pre-existing neurological disease that could confound the assessment of neurological outcomes. 3.Patients unable or unwilling to complete the required follow-up assessments.
