Age
20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Primiparous mothers who delivered by cesarean section. 2 Mothers admitted to the postpartum ward at Thammasat University Hospital. 3 Mothers who are medically stable and able to perform skin-to-skin contact. 4 Infants who are clinically stable and eligible for skin-to-skin care. 5 Mothers who intend to breastfeed their infants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Mothers or infants who are medically unstable and unable to perform skin-to-skin contact. 2 Infants requiring immediate resuscitation or admission to the neonatal intensive care unit. 3 Mothers with medical contraindications to breastfeeding. 4 Infants with conditions that prevent effective breastfeeding. 5 Mothers who do not intend to breastfeed. 6 Mothers or infants with complications that interfere with participation in the study protocol.
