Combination 0.25% bupivacaine with 60 mg ketorolac, total volume 20 ml applied to the hamstring donor site.,0.25% bupivacaine alone, total volume 20 ml applied to the hamstring donor site.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years 2. Diagnosed with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) deficiency. 3. All patients underwent surgery between 2023 and 2025 at Maharaj Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergies to NSAIDs or anesthetic agents 2. A history of renal failure or gastrointestinal bleeding 3. Pregnant 4. Significant knee pathologies such as collateral ligament or posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injuries.

Design outcomes

Primary
