Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with bilateral knee osteoarthritis, Kellgren Lawrence grade 1 to 4. 2.Planned for treatment with intra-articular hyaluronic acid injections in both knees. 3.Age 40 years or older. 4.Willing to participate and able to provide written informed consent. 5.Able to communicate, read, and write in the Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cold-related hypersensitivity . 2.History of hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid. 3.Presence of skin lesions or active infection at the intended injection site. 4.Abnormal sensory function in the lower extremities. 5.History of knee surgery within the past year. 6.Use of analgesic medications within 24 hours prior to the hyaluronic acid injection. 7.Inability to assess pain levels or complete study questionnaires.
