Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 60 years old 2. Diagnosed with cubital tunnel syndrome classified as modified McGowan grade I or II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior surgery or trauma involving the affected elbow 2. Other peripheral nerve entrapments or generalized neurological conditions 3. Cognitive impairment 4. Anatomical abnormalities of the elbow 5. Clinically evident ulnar nerve subluxation 6. Inability to complete postoperative follow-up evaluations
