Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Only those individuals who will score high delinquency and impulsivity scale while score low on emotional regulation scale will be included in the research. 2. Students who will be 14-18 years of age will take part in the study. 3. Data will be collected from schools of Tehsil Rawalpindi only 4. Only those individuals will be included in studies who willingly want to participate. 5. Participants must not have diagnosed with any physical/psychiatric illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who will withdraw from the study at any phase before the completion of the data collection process will be excluded. 2. Students with a record of poor attendance or absence from therapy sessions will be excluded, as their inconsistent participation can affect the continuity and reliability of the data.
