Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age older than 18 years 2 Able to communication 3 Diagnosed closed fracture isolated distal end radius

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Decline to attend 2 Compromised of affected limb 3 Deformity of distal end radius 4 History of chronic wrist pain 5 Contraindication such as needle-phobia, peripheral vascular disease, hypercoagulable, lidocaine hypersensitivity etc. 6 Patient unable to tolerate 7 Lost follow-up
