Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 35 years 2.Diagnosed with isolated anterior cruciate ligament rupture, confirmed by clinical examination and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) 3.Ability to comply with the postoperative rehabilitation protocol and follow-up schedule
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous surgery on the affected knee 2.Multi-ligament knee injuries Concomitant fractures around the knee 3.Advanced osteoarthritis Kellgren Lawrence grade 3 4.Significant meniscal injuries requiring complex repair 5.Neuromuscular disorders affecting gait or knee stability 6.Inability to follow postoperative rehabilitation or attend follow-up visits
