Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged 18 to 40 years undergoing elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia 2 ASA I to III 3 Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient who refuses to give inform consent. 2 Allergy to any study medication 3 Severe psychological disorders or inability to understand the study protocol
