Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age from 20 to 40 years 2. Clinical diagnosis of gingival health on intact periodontium or gingival health on a reduced periodontium or gingivitis on a reduced periodontium, according to the AAP/EFP2018 classification case definition 3. presence of all lower central and lateral incisors which have calculus index56 ranges from 1-2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient wearing a pacemaker. 2. Aerosol transmissible diseases 3. Smoking 4. Pregnancy or lactating 5. previously exposed to home/in-office bleaching, in-office desensitizing agents, and desensitizing toothpaste within six months 6. Currently going through any dental procedure with any appointment of dental treatment during the next six weeks that might affect their hypersensitivity during our observation period 7. Patients who have erosion, attrition, abrasion or dental caries at lower incisors. 8. Patient who has Amelogenesis imperfecta, Enamel hypoplasia, Dental fluorosis or Molar-Incisor Hypomineralization. 9. Presence of uneven gingival recession on lower incisor teeth more than 2 mm.
