Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male college students majoring in physical education, aged 18-24 years. 2.No cardiovascular, metabolic diseases, history of deep vein thrombosis or limb vascular abnormalities confirmed by health screening. 3.Able to complete the prescribed high-intensity exercise, intervention and outcome measurement procedures. 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with BFR intervention contraindications (e.g., severe peripheral vascular disease, coagulation disorders). 2.Those with acute lower limb muscle injury, inflammation or pain that affects exercise or intervention. 3.Those with cognitive impairment or inability to cooperate with scales, EMG or fNIRS tests. 4.Those who have participated in similar intervention studies within 3 months. 5.Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form or cannot adhere to the study protocol.
