Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Age 6 months to 5 years 2Physician-diagnosed febrile seizure 3No neurological complications or chronic conditions 4Admitted at least 24 hours after first seizure 5Caregivers can communicate in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CNS disorders, epilepsy, meningitis, or developmental delay 1History of head injury or intracranial hemorrhage 2Seizures due to other causes (hypoglycemia, CNS infection, toxins) 3Genetic syndromes associated with seizures 4Severe illness requiring intensive care 5Hospitalized less than 24 hours
