Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) who also exhibit Intravesical Prostatic Protrusion (IPP) and 2. Patients aged 50 years and older.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of lower urinary tract surgery, 2.Patients with prostate or bladder cancer, 3. Patients with bladder stones, 4. Patients with an indwelling urinary catheter, 5. Patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction, 6. Patients with pre-existing neurological disorders such as stroke or Parkinson's disease, 7. Patients who are unable to care for themselves (non-ambulatory or require significant assistance), 8. Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney failure whose treating physician has advised fluid restriction, 9. Patients who cannot hold their urine during the first examination after consenting to join the study, 10. Patients with a psychotic disorder (legally incompetent).
